Asset Rescue Inc. is a licensed and insured maintenance and field service company which provides property preservation services and all aspects of property management. We perform asset preservation to all current HUD specs. We offer initial securing of the property, rekeying, boarding, winterization, trash out service, hazard-extensive debris removal, lawn maintenance, sales-broom cleaning of property, janitorial-handyman repairs, and REO management. In addition, we recommend strategies and solutions and provide guidance to the owner of the property so informed decisions relative to the final sales price can be made.

Asset Rescue Inc. provides photos of all before and after work for proper documentation of each work order. All photos are taken with quality high resolution digital photography and are stored on a disc for each address involved and can be provided via email or by other requested methods.
